Based in Malmesbury, North Wiltshire, we bought our first property in 1988 but really started what is the current business in 2006. Our properties tend to be based in market towns and have benefited from significant refurbishment, often being re-roofed, rewired and subdivided.

We use standard documentation which we try to make as straightforward and as easy to understand as possible. To rent a space the admin & paperwork is kept to a minimal which helps keep our costs competitive.

Our locations
We provide storage, studios, trade counters & workshops and office space in Blandford Forum, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Marlborough and Tetbury, renting space to over 200 customers.
At each location there’s a great sense of community. Occupiers will often help one another out. Many find it’s good to have neighbours with whom you can chat or share a joke – a real advantage if you’re normally working alone. And we’re eager to promote that community atmosphere.
