What we do

There are some buildings you’d think only their mothers would love: derelict, neglected, leftovers from times gone by. George Estates has a sixth sense for such places. If they contain hidden virtues such as good space & light, in well-connected locations, and can be refurbished & usefully extended, then George Estates will turn them around and give them the makeover they deserve.

We manage all of our sites directly ourselves, whether that be the maintenance or larger projects. We like to ensure that we maintain good relationships with letting agents and pay fees for introductions. After the initial introduction we tend to handle the enquiry directly ourselves.

We also have a small team of reliable subcontractors who we regularly use to undertake building maintenance and improvement works.
