Telephone numbers and email addresses are held in case we need to get in touch with you urgently. It may also mean that we cannot perform services needed to operate your Lease or Agreement. It could mean that we cancel a Lease or Agreement you have with us. We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a Tenant of George Estates Ltd. After you stop being a Tenant, we may keep your data for up to 10 years to respond to any complaints, to show you that we treated you fairly and to maintain records.
The data that we collect from you is processed by staff who work for George Estates Ltd. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
